Bagram Prison under Afghan control

On Monday, the U.S. handed over control of Bagram Prison to Afghanistan. Afghan President Hamid Karzai called it a victory for his country's sovereignty.
The U.S. started detaining prisoners at Bagram ten years ago, including suspected Taliban militants.
The transfer represents a big, but controversial step in the drawdown of American troops.
J.D. Gordon, former spokesman for the Department of Defense, discussed the handoff on Capital Insider.
