Bernanke prods Congress, Obama on budget deal

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke spoke to the Economic Club of New York on Tuesday, and urged Congress and President Obama to strike a deal on the fiscal cliff. He says uncertainty stifles economic growth, spending, and investment.
