USPS keeps losing money, Congress weighs action

Last week, Postmaster General Patrick Donahoe reported a $15.9 billion dollar loss in 2012 and forecast more red ink in 2013. That sobering statistic capped a rough year for the postal service. They defaulted on billions in payments to avoid a bankruptcy filing.
