FCC pursues more public WiFi

The Federal Communications Commission has designed an ambitious plan that would create super Wi-Fi networks across the country -- networks that Americans could use for free.

Wireless companies, some Republican lawmakers, and others oppose the plan.

Cecilia Kang, national technology reporter for The Washington Post, discussed the proposal with Capital Insider.
