Leighton interview March 14, 2013
In June, police discovered the body of American Engineer Shane Todd in his Singapore apartment. Local investigators ruled his death a suicide. Days before, Todd had resigned from the tech firm IME, told his family he feared for his life, and made plans to move back to Montana.
This week, Singapore's foreign minister met with Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) on Capitol Hill. Baucus wants the FBI to review Todd's case.
Col. Cedric Leighton, a former military intelligence officer, discussed that and other top defense topics with Capital Insider.
