Fine tuning federal furloughs

After months of dire warnings from President Obama, members of Congress, and federal officials, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel has some "good news." He says as many as 700,000 civilian employees at the Pentagon will not start their furloughs until June. Hagel says the number of furlough days has also been reduced -- from 22 to 14 days through September.

Francis Rose, host of "In Depth with Francis Rose," discussed the fine tuning of federal furloughs with Capital Insider.
