On Friday, the Federal Communications Commission approved a $21.6 billion deal between Softbank and Sprint.

On Friday, the Federal Communications Commission approved a $21.6 billion deal between Softbank and Sprint. Now, Softbank will own a 78-percent stake in Sprint -- the third largest U.S. wireless carrier.
