President Obama stopped at a distribution center for Amazon.com in Chattanooga, Tenn. on Tuesday. Obama told the crowd he wants to break Washington's fiscal stalemate and proposed cutting corporate tax rates in exchange for more spending on jobs programs. Congressional Republicans panned the suggestion immediately.
