People can sometimes feel intimidated about cooking steak - the meat could end up too tough, too rare, or not tasteful enough. But if you know the secrets, you'll be cooking up filets like a pro.

Chef John Harders and Master Cook Kevin Longmire, from Final Cut Steakhouse at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races, came on the show to demonstrate the proper cooking and seasoning techniques for steak.
