Celtic band "Runa" performs in DC

The National Geographic Society is offering a way to get back to the roots of Irish culture this St. Patrick's day - with a concert featuring a blend of contemporary and traditional Celtic music.

Three members of the Celtic band,"Runa," Shannon Lambert-Ryan, lead vocalist and manager, Fionán de Barra, guitarist and vocalist, and Maggie Estes White, fiddle player, joined us in studio to talk about their music and to perform some of their songs.

They are performing at the National Geographic Museum tonight at 7 pm. Their concert was named one of the top 10 things to do on St. Patricks' Day by the Washington Post this year.
