Can a community fight poverty by paying kids to go to school?

We'll one anti-poverty initiative is being tested in Memphis. It involves cash incentives for school-aged students that have good attendance, grades and other academic achievements. But, many question whether this should be implemented across the country to decrease the poverty rate? Blake Hounshell, the deputy editor of Politico Magazine joined us to explain more.
