Today on NewsTalk, we learned ways to prepare ourselves for emergency situations. Ronald Gill, director of the Prince George's County Office of Emergency Management offered some tips.

Then, a new NBC/WSJ/Marist poll shows President Obama taking the lead in 3 key states including the battleground state of Ohio. Politico's Alexander Burns discussed what this means for Mitt Romney's campaign as election day draws near.

And, Nikita Stewart of The Washington Post talked about the controversy surrounding DC's Tax Chief and the reduction of property values.
