Today on NewsTalk, we discussed a new report that predicts our region's roads and transportation network will become even more strained in the years ahead. Ron Kirby, transportation planning director at the Council of Governments and Bowie city councilmember Todd Turner joined weighed in.

Then, Maryland Juice Blogger David Moon discussed Doug Duncan's decision to return to politics and the controversial appointment to replace Prince George's County Delegate Tiffany Alston.

In our second half hour, we talked with Politico reporter Kevin Cirilli about replacing dollar bills with coins. The GAO says it will save money in the long run.
