Today on NewsTalk: Charges have been filed against the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing and the investigation into what led the Tsarnayev brothers to commit mass murder is underway. We discussed the latest with POLITICO reporter Kevin Cirilli and WTOP reporter J.J. Green.

Airline passengers are starting to feel the impact of the sequester budget cuts, as FAA furloughs are causing delays at the airports. And, the TSA delays it's policy change allowing small knives on planes. We talked with reporter Kris Van Cleave.
