Brown ends Council quest; Virginia poll results; Duncan on transit center

Today on NewsTalk, we discussed former D.C. Councilman Michael Brown's decision to abandon his comeback bid. ABC7 D.C. Bureau Chief Sam Ford and political strategist Doug Sloan looked at the impact of Brown's decision on the remaining candidates in the April 23 contest.

A new poll by the University of Mary Washington looked at where Virginia voters stand on same-sex marriage, immigration and the federal budget. Political science professor Stephen Farnsworth offered analysis of the findings.

And former Montgomery County Executive Doug Duncan joined us to discuss transportation funding, the Silver Spring Transit Center and his comeback bid.
