Teen "sexting"; Elissa Silverman discusses D.C. Council campaign; Group fights to unseal court documents

Today on NewsTalk: Should teens who exchange racy photos face child pornography charges? We held a panel discussion on the issue of teen "sexting" with author and commentator Leslie Morgan, Shelley Broderick, Dean of the David Clarke School of Law at UDC and Petula Dvorak, a columnist for the Washington Post.

Although Elissa Silverman didn't win her D.C. Council campaign, her showing impressed many political observers. We talked with Silverman about her experience.

And we talked with Gregg Leslie, the legal defense director at the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, about a push to unseal court records.
