PHONY CHECK

Checks are arriving in the mail. Beware!
Don't get greedy. They're not real. Often they come with the promise of BIG LOTTERY WINNINGS. Just deposit the check and wire some money back. Usually the check is larger than the amount of taxes that the "Lottery company" claims is owed.
REMEMBER:
1. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT TO WIN MONEY
2. IT CAN TAKE 30 DAYS OR MORE TO DETERMINE A CHECK IS FRAUDULENT
3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE IF THE DEPOSIT IS NO GOOD
4. NEVER WIRE MONEY TO SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW
5. BEWARE OF PHONY CHECKS FOR GOODS YOU ARE SELLING
