Striking A Nerve

I have to admit that part of the appeal for this job is getting results. Being proactive in the consumer realm makes it different and more intriguing. Instead of just reporting what is happening (albeit a great and difficult task ) we get to feel the joy of helping someone at their wit's end.  The Verizon story we did the other day...well, the responses have been overwhelming. All said, at least 100 people have been directly affected by our story and they are getting much needed assistance. There's a certain pride that comes with that. I feel it, maybe because we are part of it. I too, had such a hard time dealing with Verizon awhile back. I had major billing issues. They took 6 weeks and 2 extra billing cycles to finally get it right. So, I feel for all, relate to all, but can also write this...we have your info, your getting helped. It may take time, but have the patience. It's all coming together. Verizon is doing the right thing.

 * Look at this article I came across about Verizon troubles. And we thought we had it bad? Poor guy works for them and can't get speedy assistance.

But hey, they told Ross they're constantly getting better and it looks as if they are; BUT looks can be deceiving. Only time will truly tell. In the meantime, watch Inside 7 On Your Side with that new 19" Sharp TV.

   All my best,

I have further complaints with Verizon primarily about their service or complete lack of it which will cause me to write to the Pres and CEO in NY. They do not keep their appointments even though the time span, today for instance, went from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. They are leaving me in a dangerous position and an outside company will need to be called to fix their lack of service. And I have only been a customer for about two weeks.

Not sure? It would be possible for someone to phony up an email. Let's make sure though. First, triple check your spelling and letter cases. Make sure it matches your email exactly. Try reapplying. If that doesn't work, let me know.
