Who loves Hillary? White women. Also, no surprise.

After that, from Senator Clinton’s perspective things begin to deteriorate. Obama won white male voters in Virginia and shared them with Clinton in Maryland. Until now, Obama has been winning younger voters, Clinton older voters.  Yesterday he won voters of almost every age, except for those over 65, but he even split them with Clinton.

Obama won liberals. He won moderates.  He won independents, as usual, but he also won Democrats and less educated voters.  Up to now this has been Clinton country. He also won voters who have money. Nothing new there, but voters who don’t have much money embraced him as well. That is new.  

And this is the nail-biter for the Clintonians. The conventional wisdom is that Senator Clinton has great strength with Hispanic voters. In Virginia, Obama also won the majority of the Hispanic vote.
