Favre is having problems with the Jets terminology. They have some of the same plays and same verbage as the Green Bay Packers, but they mean different things. Brett says that if you want to be consistant you can't be thinking too much! He's thinking too much right now. The New York coaching staff found out Brett likes crossword puzzles. So they have had puzzles made with the Jets terminology in a very smart way to get their QB up to speed. Brilliant!
The Olympics have dominated the headlines and Michael Phelps has blown me away. I don't think I have ever seen better endurance from an athlete in my lifetime. The only athlete who is as mentally tough as Phelps is Tiger!
I think the Maryland Terrapins will be a surprise in the ACC this year. The Terrapins were picked near the bottom of their division by the so-called experts. If the Fridge gets one of his QB's to play mistake free football I think Maryland can be a top 20 team.
