Win one for Abe!

As everybody knows by now, before the Wizards left for Cleveland to play game four, Abe Pollin spoke with his team and told them he had been on both sides of the 3 to 1 playoffs. He's been up 3 to 1 and lost. He's been down 3 to 1 and won. He asked the team to win game four for him and bring the series back to Washington. The wizards went to Cleveland and won game four 88-87 for Abe. I spoke with Abe Pollin this afternoon and he made me feel like a million dollars. He's positive and he's kind and he's real! Abe is a great friend who once told me that I could call him day or night if I ever had a problem. That's the kind of guy he is.....special! After asking about my family, Abe told me he had a very rare disease. He said,"only four people in a million get this disease and I've got it." He doesn't feel sorry for himself and he's not complaining. He's just being realistic. He still has his great heart and he still has that sharp brain and I still have a great friend. I am writing this for only one reason......say a prayer for Abe.
