It's been fun, exciting and somewhat surprising watching the Redskins win three straight ball games. A lot of the so-called experts looked at the skins schedule and said it was a very real possibility to start 0 and 5. Jim Zorn wouldn't have any of that kind of thinking. He was really upset with the way he handled the Giants game. He felt that he could have performed better, the team should have played better, but he also understood that they all learned a lot from the game. From that first week, the skins have been crisp. They have executed with preciscion and authority. To me, the most positive sign from Redskins Park has been this clubs confidence. They believe in themselves and they believe in Jim Zorn. The Redskins have been made a five and a half point underdog this week in Philadelphia, yet the players all believe, that if they take care of business, they'll be home Sunday night sitting in the cat-bird seat in the NFC East. I admit I have been one of their greatest skeptics. I am still not sure how good they really are.....but they sure beat Dallas from the get-go! I would not bet against them!
