Pet training, the No Kill Conference and another adorable adoptable are all on tap for this week's show.

Trainer Barb Heidenreich joins us to answer the question "Think pet tricks are stupid?" Think again. Training animals to present fun tricks can help enhance the human animal bond. Barbara shows you how with her piano playing bunny, bowling guinea pigs and painting parrot.

Amy DePaoli, Director of Marketing for Pet Valu, joins us to talk about keeping our pets safe when we travel. Amy's got some great tips, and great products, that will help you whether you plan to hit the road, or fly the friendly skies!

Joan Schaffner, Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Animal Law Program at George Washington University Law School, joins us to talk about the No Kill Conference happening this weekend at GW Law School. Finally, Ashley Young, Community Outreach and Adoptions Associate, joins us from Animal Welfare League of Alexandria with the Adorable Adoptable "Adele." Adele is an 11-month-old Pit Bull puppy suffering from Demodectic Mange, but is healing nicely and getting ready to go to a forever home!
