TODAY: Mostly Sunny
WINDS: NW 5-10
HIGHS: Around 40

TONIGHT: Partly Cloudy
WINDS: N 5
LOWS: 20s

THURSDAY: Mostly Cloudy; Few Flurries Poss.
WINDS: Variable 5-10
HIGHS: Around 40

High pressure remains in control of our weather today allowing for plenty of sunshine with high temperatures just below average, around 40 degrees this afternoon. Thursday cloud cover will increase, and a few flurries will also be possible, as high pressure gives way to our next approaching storm system.

Another disturbance will impact the region Thursday through Friday producing cloudy skies and about a 40 percent chance of snow showers. As of this morning, it looks like we could pick up a dusting or light coating of snow from this system. Not a big deal, but perhaps just enough to cause a few slick spots, so keep that in mind as you may need to adjust your travel time a bit.

Blustery winds and cold daytime highs in the 30s will be the rule this weekend with partly cloudy skies Saturday and a bit more sun in the mix by Sunday.
