Tonight will be clear and cold with lows in the teens in the suburbs to lower 20s inside the Beltway. Tomorrow, sunny skies will dominate the region and warmer temperatures will begin to return with highs back near the 40 degree mark. The weekend ahead will continue to warm up, with highs in the mid to upper 40s on Saturday and lower to mid 50s on Sunday. The one nuisance over the weekend will be the wind, which will be breezy at times on Saturday and Sunday as an area of low pressure passes by to the north.

Looking ahead to next week, mild temperatures in the lower 50s should hang around for the beginning of the week. Even warmer temperatures in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees may be possible by the latter part of next week.
