Tonight, southerly flow will continue and mild temperatures in the 40s in the suburbs to near 50 degrees in town can be expected. Friday, a cold front will approach from the west, bringing with it added clouds overhead. Temperatures will still reach the 70s.

The cold front will pass through the region Friday evening into Friday night, bringing with it gusty winds and cooler air. Saturday will be windy and cooler with highs in the 50s under partly cloudy skies. Winds will blow out of the northwest around 15 to 25 m.p.h. gusting up to 50 m.p.h. or more through the afternoon. Sunday, the winds will subside and temperatures will be a bit cooler around the 50 degree mark.

Looking ahead to next week, highs should reach the mid 50s Monday as an area of low pressure skirts by to the north. Monday night into Tuesday morning, another area of low pressure following behind should pass through the region and bring a chance for some light rain.
