A tornado watch in in effect for the area until 8 AM. Storms are settling down, but another threat for strong storms and heavy rain showers Thursday late-mid-morning as the cold front comes through.  Still plenty of humidity and wind shear so the risk is still there for morning severe weather before dry air comes in by Thursday afternoon
