Brett Thompson says: "I left my friend’s house Sunday night and saw the lightening, since it wasn’t raining I figured it would be a great chance to snap a pic of the lightning and D.C. I am new at this but captured a once in a lifetime shot, I just got a new camera but I’m not really sure how to use it, I just set it up, put the 10 sec timer on, and pushed it, right as the pic took, the lightning flashed and this is the outcome!"
