It looks like we may have a couple quiet and dry days before the chance of storms returns later this week.

Wednesday: Partly Cloudy; Warm & Humid

Highs: Mid 80s | Wind: N 5-10

Overnight: Partly Cloudy; Muggy & Mild

Lows: Upper 60s | Wind: SE 5-10

Thursday: Unseasonably Warm & Humid; Stray PM Storm

Highs: Upper 80s | Wind: S 5-10

Overall today looks to be pretty quiet weather-wise featuring a continuation of the heat and humidity. Unlike the previous two days the dynamics today do not look favorable for shower or thunderstorm developing this afternoon. Daytime highs will once again top out well above the average of 78 degrees climbing into the mid-80s.

Muggy and mild conditions will carry us through the overnight period with lows falling into the upper 60s. Aside from a stray or isolated afternoon storm, Thursday looks unseasonably warm and humid with highs in the upper 80s.

A cold front will push into and stall over the region Friday into the first part of the long Holiday weekend which means increased chances of showers and storms during this time.

High pressure will move back into place Sunday and for Memorial Day keeping us dry but also hot and humid.
