Another perfect day of weather in D.C.
Today: Partly Cloudy, Pleasant
Highs: Mid to Upper 70s | Wind: Light South
Overnight: Added Clouds
Lows: 50s | Wind: SE 4-8
Tomorrow: Limited Sunshine, Isolated Mtn. Storm
Highs: 70-74 | Wind: SE 5-10
A nice bubble of high pressure will continue to protect us from any storms and give us excellent weather right through the end of the week. We’ll see a few clouds today, definitely more tomorrow but temperatures will remain very pleasant with highs in the 70s. By the weekend and into the new week, however, a slow-moving low pressure system will crawl in from the west. As a result, we will begin a stretch of unsettled days. Saturday kicks off with clouds, scattered showers and cooler highs near 70 degrees.
Beyond that our forecast calls for mixed skies, which basically means more clouds than sunshine, with a daily 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. These days will not be washouts so the best advice is to simply have the rain gear handy. Enjoy the rest of the week!
Tree pollen remains high while grass pollen has started to climb, now in the moderate range.
