Strong storms with some hail across the northern suburbs will gradually die out the next few hours. The circulation that has brought our week of clouds and showers is finally beginning to move to the north. However, even so there are more afternoon showers around and there is a 50 percent chance that we will see some more scattered thundershowers tomorrow (but none should be severe). Finally, in time for the weekend high pressure and plenty of sun comes back and next week there should be some summer weather with temperatures into the 80s.
