Early morning showers lead to a damp start, with another round of showers and storms by afternoon.

Today: Clouds Mix with Sun, Strong PM Storms

Highs: 82-86 | Wind: South 10-15

Overnight: Storms End, Scattered Clouds

Lows: 60s | Wind: SW 8-12

Tomorrow: Partly Cloudy, Very Warm & Humd, Strong PM Storms

Highs: 86-90 | Wind: SW 10-15

A few showers and storms pushed through early this morning and eventually clouds give way to some sunshine through the middle of the day with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s. Humid air will begin to push into the region as a warm front moves through by the afternoon bringing an increased threat for showers and thunderstorms. A few of the storms will contain gusty winds, hail and torrential downpours.

The same front will wobble just to the north of the region through late-week bringing chances of thunderstorms. Heat and humidity will return, especially Tuesday through Thursday in the wake of the warm front, so it will feel like summer-time with highs near 90 degrees. Temperatures drop back a bit but remain above average for the holiday weekend. Have a great day!
