Heat and humidity build in today making for a true summer-like feel. Expect partly cloudy skies with high temperatures into the upper 80s with the threat for scattered strong to severe afternoon storms. Overnight storms will end with muggy and mild lows in the 60s.
Tomorrow through Friday the pattern remains unchanged with continued hot and sticky conditions and the daily risk of a pop-up thunderstorm. High temperatures should top out near 90 each day, well above the seasonal average of 78 degrees. The weekend brings a slight dip in temperatures, mid 80s, still warm enough for the pools with a continued daily t-storm threat. Stay and cool and have a great day.
