The refreshing dry air mass will be with us one more day.  As July comes in Friday the air will still be comfortable but by the weekend heat and humidity return although with some northwest winds aloft, the humidity will not be oppressive.  But temperatures will soar into the 90s and there is a slight (20-30% chance) risk of some afternoon thunderstorms by Sunday and the 4th.  Right now everything looks fine for all the Monday evening festivities and fireworks which will take place around 9PM and the beach weather will be fine with no storms or tropical weather in sight.  By the weekend Arlene will die out in the mountains of Mexico
