All the clouds helped keep our temperatures below average Monday. But with southwest winds in front of a fast moving cold front the humidty and heat will return Tuesday, along with the risk of afternoon thunderstorms. The front will move through rapidly, so by Wednesday low humidity, just in time for July, comes in.
