High heat and humidity will create a dangerous combination later this week. Thunderstorms may be a problem tonight through the day tomorrow.

Tonight: Partly Cloudy, T-Storms Possible

Lows: 70s | Wind: SW 5 m.p.h.

Tuesday: Partly Cloudy, T-Storms Possible

Highs: Low 90s | Wind: NW 4-8 m.p.h.

Wednesday: Partly Cloudy, Hot & Humid

Highs: Mid 90s | Wind: SW 4-8 m.p.h.

A cold front is moving towards the region tonight through tomorrow, bringing with it the chance for showers and thunderstorms. A few storms may be possible tonight but the majority should hold off until tomorrow. Temperatures should fall into the 70s tonight, and rise back through the lower 90s tomorrow afternoon.

Wednesday through the weekend, the heat should really settle into the region with highs in the mid 90s on Wednesday, and near the 100 degree mark Thursday through Saturday. Highs may even hold in the mid to upper 90s Sunday before another frontal system pushes in a slightly cooler airmass at the beginning of next week.
