Delmarva beach forecast for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
It's been another week with very changeable weather conditions with high heat and humidity, followed by storms, followed by cooler and drier weather today and tomorrow. What should you expect for the coming weekend? As always, we have the beach outlook here every Thursday and Friday for the weekend ahead. Today, I'll add in a Friday outlook for no charge. Check our Delmarva Beach Resource Guide for more information.
Friday
Sunny Skies, Comfortable
Highs: Low 80s
Friday will feature mostly sunny skies throughout the day as high pressure continues to move overhead. Temperatures should reach the lower 80s. There was a moderate risk for rip tides today (Thursday), but with the winds changing to southerly tomorrow, that risk will diminish.
Saturday
Sunny Skies, Pleasant
Highs: Low 80s
Saturday should be just about perfect, with sunny skies and warm temperatures in the lower 80s. Winds should continue to be relatively light out of the southwest around 5 to 10 m.p.h.
Sunday
Sunny Skies, A Touch Warmer and Pleasant
Highs: Low to Mid 80s
The end to the weekend will feature mostly sunny skies once more along with slightly warmer temperatures in the low to mid 80s. The humidity will also return just a bit with dew points back in the mid 60s making it feel a bit on the muggy side.
