Another week where we will get the hottest day of the week out of the way right out of the gates. A weak frontal boundary will drop southward into the region later this afternoon and this feature in combination with daytime heat could lead to the development of an isolated storm or two. Otherwise today will simply be hot and humid making it feel like it’s 100 degrees.
Another cold front and upper level dynamics will produce more clouds than sunshine Tuesday with a good chance of showers and storms popping mainly during the PM. With such a moist atmosphere any shower or storms that do develop will be heavy rain producers.
Wednesday the front will finally make its push through the region and could trigger a few more showers or storms but the coverage would be less at around 30%.
High pressure will settle in for the second half of the week allowing for cooler temperatures in the mid-80s and a noticeable drop off in humidity.
~ Have a good day!
