Clearing skies and turning cooler tonight
Overnight: Mostly clear and cooler
Lows: 63-69 | Wind: North at 5 mph
Tomorrow Morning: Sunny skies
Temperatures: 60s/70s | Wind: Nearly Calm
Tomorrow Afternoon: Mostly sunny and warm
Highs: 85-89 | Wind: Bec. South at 5mph
As high pressure builds into the area tonight, skies will continue to clear. Temperatures will fall into the 60s. Subjectively, tomorrow will be the best weather day of the week, IMHO. We are calling for sunny skies, low humidity and highs in the upper 80s. By Thursday though, that high pressure center will be over the ocean and it will force the winds back to the south...and that will increase humidity levels. Thursday and Friday will be very warm and more humid witha good chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Late Friday night, a cold front will pass through the area. The timing should work out well for the weekend weather. Our weekend outlook is for partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 80s. Another cold front could bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to parts of the area Sunday night. But there's a better chance the rain will hold off until Monday.
