Clouds and cooler temperatures hang around D.C. today

Temperatures should once again not reach the 90 degree mark with added clouds over the region today.

This Afternoon: Mostly Cloudy to Partly Sunny

Highs: Mid 80s | Wind: NE 5-10 m.p.h.

Tonight: Partly Cloudy

Lows: Upper 60s to Low 70s | Wind: SE 5 m.p.h.

Friday: Partly Sunny, Warm

Highs: Upper 80s | Wind: SE 5-10 m.p.h.

Clouds will remain across the area for much of the day today with highs in the mid 80s. Tonight, lows will be a touch cooler than they have been in the 60s in the suburbs to lower 70s inside the Beltway. Friday will feature partly cloudy skies with high temperatures in the upper 80s.

Another frontal system is expected to slide through the region on Saturday and Sunday, bringing with it a chance for showers and thunderstorms each day. Highs should reach the upper 80s on Saturday and warm into the lower 90s on Sunday under otherwise partly sunny skies.
