It would be a good idea to keep the umbrella near by over the next couple of days even though you won't need it all of the time.

Thursday: Variable Cloudiness; Hit Or Miss Showers/Storms; Mainly PM (40%)

Highs: Upper 80s | Wind: SSW 5-10

Overnight: Mostly Cloudy; Passing Shower Or Storm

Lows: Around 70 | Wind: S 5-10

Friday: Partly Sunny & Humid; Sct’d Showers & Storms; Mainly PM (50%)

Highs: Upper 80s | Wind: S 5-10

High pressure will give way to a weak and decaying frontal boundary that will be approaching from the west. This will translate into a day that will feature variable cloudiness with a 40% chance of a few hit or miss thundershowers. High temperatures will top out in the upper 80s. A few pieces of upper level energy will swing through the region today through Saturday however the exact timing of these features is hard to pin down. It’s for this reason that I will include a mention of a stray shower or storm during the morning hours each day however the majority of the activity will pop during the afternoon and evening hours. Our weather remains "unsettled" into and through the weekend as well with another stronger front makes a run at the region late Sunday into Monday.
~ Have a good day!
