The new work week looks unsettled, unfortunately, thanks to an upper-atmospheric storm that will linger over the Mid-Atlantic. This feature will ignite some hefty thundershowers today and to a lesser extent tomorrow, mainly during the afternoon/evening. Otherwise expect more clouds than sunshine for the coming two days with highs in the low to mid 80s. Drier weather will return Wednesday as high pressure muscles into the region with seasonable temperatures in the upper 80s. Stay dry and have a great new week.
