Beuatiful Friday night and rains hold off until Sunday

Tonight: Mostly Clear Bright and Warm

Lows: 64-72 | Wind: Light

Saturday: Partly Cloudy Risk of Thunderstorms Late in Day west of DC

Highs: 85-90 | Wind: S-SE 10-15

Sunday: Mostly Cloudy Showers and PM T'storms Likely by Afternoon

Highs: 79-84 | Precipitation: 80% Chance Rain

High pressure and dry air still with us. Overnight as this dry air mass moves off, our winds will turn into the south and you will notice humidity back for your Saturday afternoon. With southerly winds tomorrow we in the DC area might even notice the smell of smoke from the large fire still burning in the Great Dismal Swamp. Not until late Saturday night will a weather front and low pressure increase the risk of some showers and for Sunday afternoon thunderstorms, especially across northern Maryland.  Overall a nice Saturday and some wet periods Sunday.
