If there is more sunshine, temperature may approach the mid 90s.
Behind this system Thursday, expect morning clouds followed by afternoon sunshine with slightly cooler temperatures in the upper 80s. Looking ahead to the weekend, showers and storms will be back in the forecast on Saturday as a frontal system approaches from the northwest. Highs both days should approach the 90 degree mark.
