Great start to the work week but storms will again be possible by this afternoon.

This Afternoon: Partly Cloudy, T-Storms Possible

Highs: Mid 80s | Wind: Variable 4-8 m.p.h.

Overnight: Storms End, Partly Cloudy

Lows: Upper 50s to Mid 60s | Wind: SW 4 m.p.h.

Tuesday: Mostly Sunny, Pleasant

Highs: Mid 80s | Wind: SW 4-8 m.p.h.

Beautiful weather conditions have been the highlight so far today with sunny skies, light winds and comfortable temperatures. Expect highs in the mid 80s this afternoon under partly cloudy skies. A few storms may be possible this afternoon as a weak disturbance moves overhead. Tonight, storms will come to an end and lows will settle in the 50s to mid 60s under partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday should be quiet with highs in the mid 80s under mostly sunny skies. A strong cold front will move into the area on Wednesday, bringing with it another chance for showers and storms. High temperatures should be warm ahead of the front in the mid to upper 80s.

This will be a stronger front with much cooler air filtering in behind it Thursday and Friday as well as a trailing disturbance that may bring a continued risk for storms. Highs should reach the mid 70s Thursday under partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies. There is a chance for a few storms Thursday night into Friday with the next system. Highs Friday may only reach near the 70 degree mark.
