A Flash Flood Watch Friday  The ground is already saturated after 7-10-plus inches of rain for September but more rain is spreading our way. A slow-moving front and warm humid air from the south and a weak low pressure area will combine for a very wet Friday and some showers lingering into Saturday. Areas east and south of DC are likely to see 2-3 inches of rain and 1-2 inches or more around D.C.  There could be flooding oncer agin in the areas flooded during Lee 2 weeks ago.  Drier finally early next week.
