Heading to the beaches one more time this year? Here's the forecast for the holiday weekend.

As always, be sure to check out the Delmarva Beach Resource Guide for the latest water temperatures, fishing reports, webcams and more.

Saturday, September 3

Morning Clouds, Afternoon Sun, Warm

Highs: Low 80s

A warm front will make for a few morning clouds and possibly even a few showers. These will be short lived, however, and skies should clear out by the afternoon hours. With winds turning more out of the south by tomorrow afternoon, temperatures will be a bit warmer in the lower 80s.

Sunday, September 4

Mostly Sunny & Warm

Highs: Low to Mid 80s

Sunday should be the nicest day of the weekend with high temperatures in the low to mid 80s under mostly sunny skies. There is a chance for a few evening thunderstorms but the sea breeze should help to keep them mainly inland rather than at the beaches.

Labor Day Monday, September 5

Partly Sunny, Showers and Storms Possible

Highs: Low 80s

Labor Day doesn't look like it will be a washout by any measure, but it does look to have the highest possibility for showers and thunderstorms. Highs should reach the lower 80s under otherwise partly cloudy skies. I don't think you would need to leave early but be sure to be on the lookout for storms by the early afternoon hours if you plan to head to the beaches.
