Thursday: Cloudy a few breaks of sun but still risk showers and T'storms
Highs: Near 80 | Precipitation: 70% Chance
This Weekend: Finally a return of sun but still slight chance PM shower
Highs: 80-85 | Wind: Light
A day of torrential tropical rains and flooding. The main area of training rains has moved north but there are still more showers south that are likely to move into the metro area and may cause more problems east of DC. The pattern slowly breaks down and some drier air comes in Friday and into the weekend for a welcome return of sunshine.
