On a day where the region has exactly 12 hours of daylight, expect the same pattern to continue to affect the region as an upper-level low continues to spin to the west. Partly sunny skies can be expected with highs around 80 degrees. There is a slight chance for a shower or storm this afternoon. Tonight, lows will fall into the upper 60s and some patchy fog is possible. Some energy will slide around the low bringing a better chance for showers and storms by Tuesday afternoon.
Wednesday and Thursday will continue to be unsettled with partly sunny skies and the chance for a few showers. This pattern finally looks to break on Friday as a cold front moves through the area bringing in cooler air for the weekend.
