Back into the tropically humid and unstable air today as a warm front lifts back through the region. Also, low pressure, which is what’s left of Lee is positioned to our west over Tennessee and Ohio river valleys. These two features will combine making for yet another unsettled, wet, and dreary day with scattered showers and storms. Some of the storms may be severe this afternoon and early evening with the main threats will be strong winds and heavy rain. The overall weather pattern remains unchanged Thursday with additional periods or rain and even some thunderstorms expected at times throughout the day. Some sunshine will finally mix back in over the weekend however a few isolated thundershowers can’t be ruled out each afternoon.

~ Have a good day!
